3ONVF may collect account details, artist applications, event participation information, uploaded media, support communications, donation metadata, security logs and analytics/consent choices. Payment card data is handled by the configured payment processor rather than stored directly by 3ONVF.
Data should be used only for operating the platform, programming, support, security, payment reconciliation, communications that users have consented to, legal compliance and documented analytics purposes. Production must define retention periods, processor disclosures, access/correction/deletion request procedures and the privacy contact address.
